Pros: very comfortable, over-ear fit. Lightweight.
Cons: 3.5mm mini-jack. would have preferred a 1/4 inch jack

Open consturction does not isolate you from room noise, or isolate headphone sounds from others. This may be a pro or a con depending on your needs.

Sound is very clean, smooth, detailed. Only high-end headphones I've owned, so I can't compare it to any others in this class.

Amazon had it on sale for $125 in late 2006. Incredible deal.
