Pros: Excellent sound quality
Cons: Price, low power handling, and lack of linear/peak throw

I had the pleasure of auditioning this driver during the Great 12 Challenge along side Jim J. The driver was placed in a small vented enclosure powered by a PG amp inside a Ford van for our listening test. The Vanadium performed very well - bass was tight, controlled, and the driver dove into the lower octaves very well. The driver didn't like the volume turned up quite a bit though... but I don't think that's a concern with people looking into this driver. The Vanadium is an excellent candidate for small-to-medium sized sealed and vented enclosures with an amplifier capable of delivering ~500 watts or less.
