Great product!

Pros: Stereo imaging, versatility, and price point.
Cons: Very little output in lower registry.

After hearing several other brands of stereo accessories that play MP3 sources, I initially had my doubts about this product, however the RAPHA Surround Xi really is in a class by itself. The feature that really blew me away was the stereo imaging. This small cylinder really sounds great. If I had to pick a weak point I would lack of low end output, considering its size and power source, this quickly became a non issue. I give it two thumbs up in the sound quality department.

Another great aspect of the Surround Xi is its versatility. Straight out of the box it is compatible with every playback device I own. Lukas from Audio Junkies was kind enough to send a small thumb drive with a variety of songs to test the unit out. Great product in this department as well.

Obviously I was lucky enough to win this product, however with a $40 price tag, I see it as bargain for the level of performance you recieve. I have listened to units costing $100 or more and would put this product side by side without issue.

The Surround Xi is currently being used as a welcomed substitute to the speakers in my laptop and travels with me to college everyday.

Overall, considering my findings, I would have no issue recommending this to someone that could utilize this type of product.
