Hello Team,
My name is Danniella and I work with Phil here at Verticalscope. I run the support team you will see on the forum from time to time helping with issues. Our team has 7 members: Glenda P (GP), Kyle n (KN), Kay M (KM), Marie G (MG), Lee L (LL), Yung L (YL) and myself Danniella (DM).
I will be setting up 2 new sub forums to help us support you better.
The first will be the AudioJunkies.com Team to VS Support. This sub section will be part of the Mod folder and the best way for you to reach us for help with an issue. All you need to do is create a topic in this section of the site.
The second section I will be adding to the site is a Sites Issues and help section. This will where users can report any issues they have noticed on the forum or with their account. We only receive notifications for the two sections I mentioned above and from our PM's so please ensure to report issues using one of these three options.

Hello!
My name is Phil, I will be taking over the webmaster type duties for the site.
I just wanted to make a quick introduction to you all.
We are not here to make any major changes to how you all run the place we are here to mostly manage things from behind the curtain along with a team of other people that help me.
Continuity is important to us when it comes to managing communities and if there are things you all think we can do to help benefit you as moderators or the membership of the site I am all ears. Otherwise I look forward to working with you all moving forward.
If you have questions please let me know, I will do my best to answer them as efficiently as possible. I will also begin introducing you to some of the rest of our support team soon.

Important (and exciting) announcement for the staff!
Hello team,
Many of you know that for the last few years my passion for the health and fitness industry has taken the front seat in my life. Some of you are familiar with my new company, MyOamteal.com and have seen the rapid growth our business has been making.
As MyOatmeal.com blows up, and we continue to move forward with new projects (like yogapants.com) I find myself with less and less time to give the forums, so it is with great excitement and encouragement that I am making this announcement to you today.
I am turning over the entire operation of all 6 sites over the qualified staff at Autoguide.com so they can invest the time and energy as I am unable to.
Other than some new admins doing the site maintenance and behind the scenes work, very little else will change. All I ask is you continue to uphold the same standards you always have.
Any questions can be directed to their team, and I am sure they will provide fast updates to your concerns.
Thanks so much for everything you have done for me, and for the forums.
