Home Video>Basic cable and Netflix?
sonic 10:16 PM 02-17-2011
I recently read an interesting article which said that you can save a bundle by just subscribing to a few local channels and unlimited monthly Netflix pass. With more and more tv's having net capability I'm actually considering switching to this in the future. What do you guys think?

If you have an HDTV, I hope you can pull in your HD channels with an antenna. Otherwise, why have an HDTV? You can't get HD channels over cable, with the basic package. I have and like Netflix (blu ray membership), but I don't want it to be about all I have to watch. Good luck!

I myself don't watch a howl lot of cable and the basic package is just fine. On a side note you can also stream Netflix via your PS3 or Xbox 360, you don't need a net capable tv.
