Zune Classic is King of the Hill on Amazon (For Now)

A quick peek at Amazon's top selling Audio & Video products shows the Zune Classic as #1. The fecal matter color is probably not the key selling point, but at $161 people seem to be drinking the Microsoft Kool-Aid in droves.

Personally I would keep an eye on Woot before buying one on Amazon. Woot has been offering refurbished Zunes with a full Microsoft warranty for under $100. Not too bad of a deal with the new firmware upgrade that has been released.

I have to say that the Zune i got from you guys is pretty amazing. minus the whole new update removing features in the program, (yea its a pretty big headache).

All in all if you wanna give one to a family member that does not have a huge volume of music already its a pretty awesome gift. Especially if they like podcasts with video (although converting is a pain time wise).

I say it deserves the top spot as for the price its not a bad choice at all.

Mine is non-functional at the moment (can't get past bootscreen after doing firmware update) and Zune customer support is very challenging to deal with. Hopefully they'll be able to resolve something today.

However, I have been very satisfied with my Zune. There have been some difficulties syncing on my PC that were supposed to be solved by the new Zune program software and new Zune firmware, so I look forward to having everything fixed. But the performance itself is very satisfactory and at the price it is on Amazon, it's impossible to beat.
