PrimaLuna has introduced their latest integrated amplifiers, the DiaLogue Series. They are based off the design of their ProLogue Series amplifiers and the new series consists of two amplifiers, the DiaLogue One and the DiaLogue Two. The difference is that the DiaLogue One's tube arrangement is based on EL-34 tubes and the DiaLogue Two is based on the KT-88 tubes. What separates the DiaLogue and the ProLogue series is that the DiaLogues can be switched between Ultralinear and Triode amplification, and the DiaLogues are also $300 more. The DiaLogue One can power 36 watts per channel in Ultralinear and 18 watts per channel in Triode (38w and 21w for DiaLogue Two), has a Total Harmonic Distortion of .3% at 1 watt (.22 at 1w) and a frequency response of 10 Hz - 30 kHz (same). The DiaLogue One is available for $1675 and the DiaLogue Two for $2625; add $179 to the total for phono inputs.
