Sunfire Has Big Hopes For Tiny Speaker

With the release of the newest part of the XT Series, Sunfire claims to have taken compact loudspeakers to the next level. The Cinema Ribbon weighs less than 9 pounds and can handle up to 400 watts of power, side-firing arrangement of the woofers and neodymium ribbon tweeters are the main contributing factors. Bob Carver says that the design is a variation of some of his most celebrated speakers from more than thirty years ago. The Cinema Ribbon is available in the side-firing satellites (CRM-2) as well as a center channel (CRM-2C); both models are available in the Ebonized Rosewood finish only.
