AKG K141, K240, K171 and K271 Updated to MKII

AKG has updated the K 141, K 240, K 171 and K 271 Studio series with new higher performance "MK II" versions. K 141 MK II is an on-ear, semi-open headphone that includes a self-adjusting headband, and comes with both leatherette and velvet ear pads. It's available in "stage blue", and has 18Hz - 24kHz frequency response and 55 Ohm impedance. The K 240 MK II is around-ear, semi-open, and comes in the same color and has the same pads as the 141. It has 15Hz - 25kHz response and 55 Ohm impedance.


The K 171 MK II is an on-ear, closed-back headphone. It has the same color and pads as the 141 and 240, and has 18Hz - 26kHz response and 55 Ohm impedance. The K 271 MK II is an around-ear, closed-back headphone with the same color and pads as the other Studios. Response is 16Hz - 28kHz, with 55 Ohm impedance. Also new are the K142HD, K172HD, K242HD, and K272HD, which are designed for home use and come with velour pads.
