Sound Solutions Audio Releasing New Subwoofer

Sound Solutions Audio recently released prototype pictures and some info on their new SQ/SPL driver that has been kept under wraps for quite some time.

The goal Sound Solutions set for this driver was to build a "Sound Quality subwoofer that the masses could afford." They wanted a durable daily driver subwoofer tht could handle a good amount of power and be respectably loud in the right enclosure as well. This driver was made to compete in both SQ and SPL with different enclosures if desired.

Estimates on continuous power are in the 850-925 watt range and price is expected to be under $250 with no official release date as of yet.

First person to say "It looks like a brand xxxx so it must sound like a brand xxxx," gets a kick in the nuts.
